1) Download our order forms on the top navigation bar
2) Fill up the forms and email it back to us at simplylove21@gmail.com
3) You will receive an order confirmation from us shortly.
4) Order confirmation will includes information on how you can make payment to us and get more information on mode of delivery.
5) If payment is not received after 48hours after confirmation, we will void your order automatically.
6) For cash on delivery, meet up with be at Yishun MRT and you'll need to deposit $3 as reservation fee.
