Please bear with us by reading the following terms and conditions before purchasing your products:
- Please take note that for Pre-orders items will take approx: ~ 7days
- *** Please take note that for all options, the payment must be made before delivery is carried out
- We allow order, payment and delivery of items in Singapore only.
- Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and via ATM/Internet Banking (Preferably POSB).
- Payment is not inclusive of delivery charges.
- The delivery of the items will be done via mail/meetups/home delivery. (Subjected to our availability and convenience)
- Invalid/incomplete orders will be ignored.
- Orders will be processed once we have received the full payment.
- No refunds will be given as items are strictly checked before dispatching. We will not hold responsible for any loss of mail or imperfect condition of the items. Refunds will only be returned if the items are out of stock.
- Refund of perfume will only be allowed if items is sealed in original packing within 7 days.
- Communications will be done only through emails. Do check regularly for any updates.

The distribution of items will be done via 3 options:
- Mail Postage Service - There are 2 mailing options (Normal/Registered) available for you to choose from.
- Normal Mail - The standard postage service which takes up to 5-7 days for the delivery to reach your mailbox. ($1.50)
- Registered Mail - The more secured and faster(2-3 days) mode of postage service which will guarantee the delivery right to your doorstep. You are required to pay an additional fee (S$2.24) on top of the Normal Mail. ($2.24 + 1.50 = $3.70)
- For combined mailing of more then 4 items, please add additional $2
- As Registered mailing for bulky items such as perfume will be heavy, do note that extra cost will be bear by customer.
- Meetups - Meetups will be done at Yishun Mrt Station w/o additional charges. For meetups at central/town areas (City Hall MRT etc.), an additional charge of $3 will be incurred.
- Home Deliveries - For home deliveries right to your doorstep, an additional charge of $8 will be incurred.
- All meet-up are to my convenience other then home deliveries.
**Please take note that some items may not possible to be delivered through postage services due to it's bulkiness.
Due to software incompatibility, some of you might not have Microsoft office installed.
We have come up with an alternative solution.
